Do I need to do anything to get other local providers on the platform?
All you need to do is tell us their name! Our team will handle the rest via email, phone, and even in person meetings (COVID permitting).
Are you HIPAA compliant?
Security is a key part of our culture. We are HIPAA compliant and sign a BAA with every customer.
How are you different than Competitor X?
While there are other companies doing great work improving provider to provider communication we are the only company that allows you to work with local providers. We’re also typically cheaper and more deeply integrated into your workflows.
Does it cost the local PCPs money?
It’s free for local PCPs to use with your practice. If they want any customization or to get more specialties on the platform we will charge them a monthly fee.
